Marco Manetti Milano S.r.l., through its team, offers a unique and exclusive management for each order.
In order to provide a personalized service, Marco Manetti Milano team will be in direct contact with you, through e-mail, to define the best order requests, according to the following procedures:

1 – Submit Order Form
After you have filled out and submitted the Site Order Form, we will begin collecting all the information and quotes depending on the type of shipment chosen and the delivery destination.

2 – Order Confirmation
We will send you an Order Confirmation with the possible costs of shipping and / or assembly, taxes and an indication of the deposit to be paid.

3 – Start order processing
The order will be sent in production to the balance of the deposit.

4 – Order ready
When your order is ready, you will be asked for the balance prior to pickup.

5 – Collection availability
The team of Marco Manetti Milano will inform you when the order can be picked up at our warehouse or when it will be shipped according to the chosen method.

Every order is unique and special.
